Shipping policy

Delivery and Shipping: 

At ecoTekkSC, we strive to provide our valued customers with a seamless and efficient delivery process. For in-stock items, please allow an estimated 5 - 10 working days from the time of order until shipping. However, for pre-orders and specialty orders, shipping times may vary.

Please be aware that unforeseen third-party logistic issues beyond our control may arise, leading to potential delays. Rest assured, we will keep you fully informed through email or text messages in the event of any possible shipping delays.

If your delivery address falls within the Sunshine Coast Council Region or the Noosa Shire, our dedicated ecoTekkSC staff will deliver your e-bike (including any associated accessories) to your home address free of charge (free shipping). For all other accessory orders, Australia-wide, please use the postage option.

For customers located outside of the Sunshine Coast Region but within Southeast Queensland, a delivery fee applies. This fee depends on distance and will be negotiated.

For customers outside of Southeast Queensland, shipping will be on a per-quote basis (POA). Regrettably, we do not offer shipping for e-bikes outside Australia.

Once your item is shipped and in transit, we will provide you with the tracking code from our third-party logistics contractor, ensuring you can easily monitor your delivery's progress.
