Expert e-Bike servicing and repairs on the Sunshine Coast.
We look after our own hire fleet every day, so we know what keeps an e-Bike running sweetly on coastal paths and hinterland hills. We service VelectriX and other Bafang-powered e-Bikes, plus most Queensland-compliant pedal-assist e-Bikes.
Standard e-Bike Service – $140
- Includes the first hour of workshop labour
- Additional labour $90/hour, billed in 15-minute increments
- Non-warranty parts are charged separately
Wheel Truing – $75 per wheel
Add it to any service to straighten and true your wheels for a smoother, safer ride.
Tyre Repair – $55
Labour only. Tubes and tyres are extra if they need replacing.
Battery Test – $75
A full diagnostic and condition report on your battery. Ideal if your range has dropped.
Bafang Motor Diagnostic – $150
Electronic diagnostics, fault analysis and a written report for Bafang mid-drive and rear hub systems.
Home pick-up and return – $100
We collect your e-Bike from home and bring it back when it's done.
Bought your e-Bike from us?
Your first two services, at 100 km and 600 km, are free. Parts covered by warranty cost nothing.

How booking works
- Book online or call us. Tell us your bike, what's going on, and whether you'd like to drop it off or have us pick it up.
- We confirm a time within 24 hours.
- We inspect your e-Bike. If it needs more than a standard service, we send you a quote to approve before any extra work starts.
- We fix it, let you know it's ready, and you collect it or we bring it home.
Drop-off, pick-up and what to bring
Please bring (or have ready) your battery key and charger. We photograph your e-Bike when it arrives and note any lights, locks or accessories left with it.
Home pick-up and return is $100. For safety, we can't accept damaged or swollen batteries – please call us first.
Fees and storage
The $140 inspection fee covers your first hour of labour if you go ahead with the work. If you decide not to go ahead after we've inspected your e-Bike, the inspection fee still applies.
Storage of $5 per day applies from 7 days after we let you know your e-Bike is ready. Uncollected bikes are dealt with under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1967 (Qld).
